NBCC (India) Ltd has initiated plans to redevelop the former Air India colony in South Delhi’s Vasant Vihar into a modern commercial complex. The proposed 30 Acres site, once home to 810 residential units, will now be repurposed under the estimated 2,735 INR-Crore redevelopment blueprint.
The proposed NBCC Vasant Vihar project will follow the GPRA (General Pool Residential Accommodation) development models seen in Sarojini Nagar and Netaji Nagar. Moreover, it will feature multi-storey buildings with integrated commercial infrastructure, green building elements, and community spaces.
