Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recently launched the ambitious Atal Puram Township in Agra. This massive 340 Acres mega housing project will be developed by the Agra Development Authority (ADA).
The newly launched Atal Puram Township is strategically located in the Kakua and Bhandai areas of Agra. Moreover, the township is meticulously planned into 11 sectors, offering a comprehensive blueprint for integrated urban living. With an estimated project cost of 1,515.47 INR-Crore, it is designed to accommodate over 10,000 families. This will make it one of the largest housing initiatives in the region.

Moreover, the Atal Puram Township will include 1,430 residential plots, 18 group housing plots, and 96 non-residential plots earmarked for commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities. This balanced mix ensures that residents will have access to essential services and lifestyle amenities within the township itself.
