Hiranandani launches ‘Hiranandani Sands’, 225 Acres township in Alibaug

Mumbai-based Hiranandani Communities has launched the first phase of its Alibaug township, a 225 Acres integrated development called ‘Hiranandani Sands’. The company is investing 5,000 INR-Crore in the project, which has an estimated GDV of 17,000 INR-Crore

In the initial phase, three residential towers offering 330 apartments across 3.3 Lakh-SqFt were introduced. Priced between 80 Lakh and 2.85 INR-Crore, these units include studio, 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments, generating 450 INR-Crore in revenue.

In the second phase of Hiranandani Sands, the company plans to launch 150 branded residences with furnished spaces and full services. These will further include dining and rental management. It also aims to add five new hotels in partnership with global hospitality groups, boosting Alibaug’s tourism and lifestyle appeal. Meanwhile, the township will also introduce water sports, with partnerships already finalized.
