NBCC India secured a PMC contract under Phase-1 of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA’s) development plan. The 2,966 INR-Crore order covers the planned development of Naveen Nagpur. The authority awarded the contract without involving related-party transactions or promoter-linked interests.
The project scope mandates PMC services for regional infrastructure under the development programme. Furthermore, the domestic awarding body selected NBCC India for this large-scale assignment. NBCC project planning aligns with regional development priorities across the metropolitan belt in Nagpur. Moreover, the work strengthens ongoing urban expansion under structured development phases.

NBCC India also completed an e-auction for residential inventory in Greater Noida. Additionally, the auction covered 609 units across Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Centurian Park. NBCC announcement coincided in Nagpur with this major sales achievement in the NCR market. The outcome generated approximately 1,069 INR-Crore from ready and near-complete units.
