Central Park Estates will invest 2,000 INR-Crore to build a luxury residential development in Gurugram. This new project, named Delphine will rise in Sector 104 along the Dwarka Expressway. The company plans to develop six high-rise towers across 7.85 Acres in three construction phases.
Additionally, the construction timeline will begin in 2026, with the developer expecting to complete the full project by 2032. Central Park development targets premium buyers seeking infrastructure-backed appreciation and high-end lifestyle assets in Gurugram. Furthermore, the estimated revenue realisation from the complete buildout stands at 3,500 INR-Crore.
