Serene Communities, Gardencity Realty to jointly develop senior living project in Bengaluru

Serene Communities has partnered with Gardencity Realty to develop a premium senior living community in Budigere, one of the fastest-growing residential hubs in East Bengaluru. This Gardencity Bengaluru project will span around 3 Lakh-SqFt and carry a Gross Development Value (GDV) of nearly 300 INR-Crore.

The community will offer around 250 high-end 2 and 3 BHK residences. It is strategically located next to The Virtuoso, one of India’s most renowned senior living destinations. Moreover, the project’s land will feature landscaped gardens, walking and cycling tracks, and outdoor activity spaces to promote active and independent lifestyles. The community will also offer a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, library, fitness zones, therapy gardens, physiotherapy suites, spa, swimming pool, and a 24×7 health and wellness center. Additionally, regulatory approvals are expected within six months, while construction and sales will begin after that.
