The Telangana Government has approved an estimated 117 INR-Crore hospitality project in Yacharam. The initiative is part of the state’s flagship Bharat Future City vision. Moreover, the project is being developed in partnership with Ridhira Group.
The plan includes a 150‑key premium hotel. It will also feature two F&B outlets and an 18,500 SqFt wellness center. Moreover, the Yacharam hospitality project will offer 20 branded luxury villas with sale‑and‑leaseback options.

The hospitality hub aims to meet international standards. It will further create over 300 direct and indirect jobs in the next two years. Bharat Future City itself is envisioned as a smart, sustainable township with residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational zones.
