Realty developer Dasnac has announced an estimated investment of 2,000 INR-Crore in a new luxury housing project in Noida. The project, named “Dasnac Westminster”, will be developed on a 1.94 Acres plot in one of Noida’s prime sectors.
The development will feature 264 premium apartments designed for high‑end buyers. Moreover, the total project outlay, including land and development costs, is estimated at 2,500 INR-Crore. The company said the project is planned as a luxury community with limited residences, private lift lobbies, and wellness‑focused amenities on a three‑side‑open corner plot.

Dasnac Westminster will further showcase a wide range of luxury amenities. These include a spa retreat, indoor pool, jacuzzi, bowling alley, and arcade games. Fitness zones such as a weights gym, cardio gym, yoga area, and kickboxing arena are also part of the plan. For leisure, the project will offer a putting green, open amphitheater, squash court, and party greens. Additionally, curated lifestyle features like an Italian cafe, fine dining, hydroponic garden, art exhibits, and a telescope observatory will elevate the living experience.
Meanwhile, the project has already attracted early interest from high‑net‑worth individuals, including NRIs and buyers from Gulf countries seeking premium homes in the NCR region. It further highlights the rising demand for high‑end residential assets in the region.
