Hiranandani Communities has launched a Parkville residential project in Chennai, within its 360 Acres Hiranandani Parks township at Oragadam. The project is being developed on an anticipated 1.3 Acres of land parcel and adds to the scale of planned residential construction in the region.
Parkville features a single residential tower rising 13 floors with stilt parking. Additionally, it offers 180 units configured as 2 BHK apartments, each with a carpet area of nearly 684 SqFt.

The project is expected to generate top-line revenues of approximately 105 INR-Crore and is slated for completion by January 2029. With this launch, Hiranandani continues to strengthen organised residential development in Chennai and reinforces Oragadam’s position as a growing housing hub.
