Ramacivil India has taken up the construction of an estimated 166.20 INR-Crore Boys’ Hostel project at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. This project marks a major boost to higher education infrastructure in Jharkhand.
Furthermore, the large-scale hostel development spans a built-up area of about 5.53 Acres within a 21 Acres campus zone. Additionally, the project features a 10-storey structure with a total capacity of 800 students, making it one of the prominent residential additions at the institute. The hostel at IIT Dhanbad follows a modern and efficient design by Benjamin Benjamin and Vats Architects. It includes multiple residential wings with well-planned room layouts, natural ventilation, and ample daylight. Each floor accommodates 10 rooms per wing.

Key facilities include a Building Management System, Fire Control Room, administrative offices, Warden Room, cafeteria, TV rooms, indoor recreation areas, and accessible washrooms for PwD users. This hostel project will significantly improve student living standards and campus life at IIT Dhanbad.
