Brigade Group has launched a residential project ‘Brigade Belvedere’ in East Bengaluru on Wednesday, March 25. The development spans at an anticipated 10.75 Acres and has an estimated revenue potential exceeding 1,100 INR-Crore. The project is located on Budigere Main Road, off Old Madras Road.
The initial phase of the development includes two towers out of a total of five planned towers, comprising 773 residential units. The project further offers 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations, with unit sizes ranging from 715 SqFt to over 2,013 SqFt. The development includes a 24,000 SqFt clubhouse along with additional amenities spread across 6,000 SqFt, and focuses on sustainable and climate-resilient housing design.

Once completed, the Brigade Belvedere Bengaluru project is expected to support residential demand in East Bengaluru. It will also contribute to the expansion of organized housing near key IT and commercial corridors.
