Deepak Builders & Engineers India Limited has emerged as the lowest bidder for the IOCL Panipat residential project in Haryana. The company announced the development on Saturday, March 28. The project is valued at an estimated 474.25 INR-Crore and will be executed for Indian Oil Corporation Limited at its Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex.
The project includes the construction of 12 high-rise residential buildings with G+13 configuration. The company will use monolithic construction technology for execution. The scope also covers parking facilities, a sewerage treatment plant, internal roadworks, and utility infrastructure. Additionally, the development will include associated amenities to support the residential complex.

Once awarded, the IOCL Panipat residential project will strengthen the company’s order book and execution pipeline. It will also support infrastructure development within the refinery township.
