Prologis started construction of Prologis Logistics Park Redhills CPRR in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The project will be developed over an anticipated 51 Acres along the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road corridor. The park has a total development potential of about 1.1 Million-SqFt.
The first phase includes construction of two buildings with a combined area of approximately 0.41 Million-SqFt. Moreover, the project will deliver Grade A industrial and logistics infrastructure. It will support warehousing and distribution operations. The development is part of Prologis’ broader portfolio in Tamil Nadu, which spans about 6.5 Million-SqFt with an estimated investment of 3,300 INR-Crore. Construction is underway, and the first phase is expected to be completed by Q3 2027.

Once operational, the Prologis Redhills logistics park will strengthen logistics infrastructure in North Chennai. It will also improve connectivity to key highways and ports along the corridor.
