IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Embrassio Hotels & Resorts Private Limited to develop Holiday Inn Mathura in Uttar Pradesh. Embrassio Hotels & Resorts is the hospitality arm of the Vrindara Group. The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2030. The project will strengthen IHG’s hospitality portfolio in one of India’s key spiritual tourism destinations.
The Holiday Inn Mathura project will comprise 115 rooms and suites. The hotel will feature three dining outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a lobby lounge. Additionally, the property will include five meeting and event venues, including a ballroom. Supporting amenities will comprise a fitness center and a swimming pool.

The Holiday Inn Mathura project will add branded hospitality infrastructure to the city. Furthermore, the development will support the growing demand for organized accommodation facilities in Mathura. The project also aligns with IHG’s ongoing expansion strategy across high-potential hospitality markets in India.
