Noida Authority proposed to construct a convention and habitat center along with a large mixed-use project in Sector 94. The authority has anticipated 25 Acres for the project, near Noida Expressway which is estimated to cost 4,526 INR-Crore. The authority issued the proposal under the public private partnership (PPP) model.
The convention center will span nearly 18,762 SqM while the habitat center and hotel are anticipated to cover 29,507 SqM. The project will also include 65,437 SqM of retail space. The office and serviced apartments will be built within 1.10 Lakh-SqM. Furthermore, the residential development will account for 1.75 SqM and a parking capacity for 7,180 Car spaces.

Noida Authority has proposed the project to be completed within 30 months of award, while the entire development must be completed and operational within 7 years. It has also considered the project to be strategically important, as it features an architecturally controlled development with spaces for offices, retail, hospitality, leisure and culture. Its proximity to Noida Expressway and Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro station further strengthens its appeal.
