HiLITE Group has launched YOO Hub Trivandrum, a branded commercial development in Technopark Phase III, Trivandrum. Developed in collaboration with international lifestyle brand YOO, the project represents YOO’s first branded workspace in India. The development is expected to generate approximately 5,000 new jobs while strengthening Kerala’s growing IT ecosystem.
YOO Hub Trivandrum will be developed on an anticipated 5.3-Acre site with a built-up area of around 7 Lakh-SqFt. The project will comprise a Basement, Ground Floor, two dedicated parking floors, and 15 premium office floors. It will accommodate nearly 1 Million-SqFt of commercial ecosystem, featuring multi-functional corporate spaces, digital capability centers, established technology enterprises, research institutions, and emerging digital businesses. The development targets LEED v4.1 BD+C Gold certification and incorporates sustainable features, including energy-efficient systems, water conservation measures, EV charging infrastructure, rainwater harvesting, solar-ready infrastructure, and green building practices. HiLITE Group is developing the project in partnership with YOO Worldwide, while international architecture firm HWG is leading the design.

Once completed, YOO Hub Trivandrum will strengthen Kerala’s commercial real estate market and expand premium IT workspace infrastructure. The project will also support employment generation and reinforce Trivandrum’s position as a leading technology destination in India.
