Karyan Group announced the Ghaziabad luxury residential project on Tuesday, May 19. The company will invest an estimated 900 INR-Crore. The project, named ‘Trevana Residences’, will come up along NH-24 in Ghaziabad.
The development will feature 608 residential units, including luxury homes and penthouses. The project will offer residences in the price range of 2-6 INR-Crore. Additionally, the company plans around 16 Lakh-SqFt of saleable area. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030. Further, the developer expects to generate nearly 1,500 INR-Crore in revenue from the project.

The Karyan Group Ghaziabad project will expand luxury housing supply along the NH-24 corridor. It will also support residential real estate growth in Ghaziabad and the wider NCR market.
