Lodha Developers plans to launch 21 housing projects by March 2027, with an estimated revenue potential of 24,000 INR-Crore. The company is expanding aggressively amid strong demand.
In the first quarter of FY 2026-27, Lodha Developers launched a housing project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, covering nearly 4 Lakh-SqFt with a revenue potential of 330 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, the firm’s investor presentation shows a strong pipeline for the remaining three quarters.

Seven new Lodha housing projects will be launched across MMR, Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Bengaluru. These will span 5.9 Million-SqFt and generate around 9,850 INR-Crore in potential revenue. Additionally, 14 new phases in existing projects will add 9.7 Million-SqFt with 14,210 INR-Crore in potential revenue.
Together, these launches will help Lodha Developers achieve its 24,000 INR-Crore sales bookings target for FY 2026-27. The company expects strong demand across key markets to sustain growth momentum.
