The project site is located near Madhavaram Metro and Botanical Garden, offering residents access to public transport and key infrastructure. It is part of VR Livin’s future residential projects in Chennai and other cities across South India. Meanwhile, the company has previously developed residential projects including Serenity and Evita in Madhavaram, while it has two projects in the pipeline in Chennai.
