Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited (EHRL) has announced its first greenfield project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), marking a major milestone in its expansion strategy. The new property, located in Dombivli, will be branded under “The Eco,” the company’s flagship premium mid-range brand. Scheduled to open within the next 24 months, Eco Hotels Mumbai will cater to both leisure and business travellers.
Eco Hotels Mumbai will feature 65–70 rooms and a 5,000 SqFt banquet hall designed for corporate events and social gatherings. Guests will also enjoy Sahar, the signature “Back to the Roots” restaurant and GG’s rooftop open-to-sky restaurant with a covered bar. Moreover, it will showcase Kick in the Brick, a vibrant dance floor and restaurant.

Spread across more than 10 Acres, the Eco Hotels Mumbai will also include a high-street shopping complex, a school, a hospital, and a residential complex. This integrated approach is designed to create a holistic, community-driven environment for residents and visitors alike.
