Project Overview:
Roads and Buildings Department, Telangana, is actively developing the new high court building at Prof. Jayashankar Telangana State Agriculture University, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. The project spans an anticipated 100 Acres and has an approximate construction area of 3,652,000 SqFt. The estimated construction cost stands at 1,444 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, construction has commenced and is expected to be completed by 2029.
The R&B new high court building will include multiple office and institutional buildings, along with residential and support infrastructure. The office components will further comprise the main court block, public amenities block, advocate general block with extension. It will also include the advocate chamber block, administrative blocks, central record block, auditorium block, and bar council building. The residential component will also include the Chief Justice Bungalow, Secretariat and staff quarters. Furthermore, it will include 41 judges’ bungalows along with supporting residential facilities and a clubhouse.
Team One India Private Limited is handling the design, structural engineering, and MEP services for the R&B new high court building. Meanwhile, DEC Infrastructure & Projects (India) Private Limited has been appointed as the civil works contractor.
