L&T Realty and Valor Estate (DB Realty Limited) have proposed a Mixed Use development in BKC, Mumbai. The project will span an anticipated 10 Acres with a construction area of approximately 75 Lakh-SqFt. The construction cost of this development is estimated at 4,125 INR-Crore. The proposed project will combine residential, commercial, and hospitality uses within a single project.
Valor L&T will feature a mix of premium housing, commercial spaces, and a 5-star luxury hotel next to the Bombay High Court complex in BKC. The developers will construct a mixed-use development, including a single residential building with a basement, ground floor, and eight upper floors. Additionally, Valor L&T, BKC will include a hospitality component managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts through its ‘Conrad’ brand, which aims to develop a 1,000-key 5-star luxury hotel. Meanwhile, L&T Constructions will undertake the civil works for the project. Furthermore, the development will integrate residential, commercial, and hospitality uses within the planned project.

Valor L&T BKC is currently at the pre-construction stage and as of September 2026, construction activities have not yet commenced. The developer plans to begin construction in 2026 and expects to complete the project by 2030.
