Subh Housing has announced an estimated investment of 200 INR-Crore for the Seggovias project in Sector 70A along Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Gurugram. The company announced the development on Saturday, April 25. The project introduces a Spanish-themed residential development in a key growth corridor of the city.
The design focuses on open spaces, structural curves, and Mediterranean-style planning. The project will further adopt modern construction techniques and durable materials to ensure long-term structural performance. It is strategically located with connectivity to Golf Course Extension Road and SPR corridor, which are key urban infrastructure links in Gurugram.

Once completed, the Seggovias Gurugram project is expected to strengthen themed residential development in Gurugram. It will also support demand for differentiated housing projects along the SPR corridor.
