Omaxe Group will invest an estimated 250 INR-Crore in the housing project in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The company announced the investment on Wednesday, April 29. The project will focus on developing a premium residential community in the city.
The development will come up in the Gomti Nagar Extension area. It will include high-rise residential towers with modern amenities. The project will offer premium housing units along with clubhouse, landscaped open spaces, and recreational facilities. Additionally, it will integrate internal roads, utilities, and supporting residential infrastructure to enhance livability.
