Crietor Group has launched its new residential project, The Skye, in Kozhikode, Kerala. The project marks the company’s entry into the premium housing segment in the region. It is positioned as a luxury villa development aimed at high-end residential demand.
The project is being developed with an estimated investment of around 250 INR-Crore. It is spread across approximately 10 Acres at Kashmir Kunnu. The development will comprise 62 villas with built-up areas ranging from about 3,200 SqFt to 5,700 SqFt. The project will also include a clubhouse of around 22,000 SqFt along with internal infrastructure and recreational amenities.

The Skye residential project will strengthen the premium residential segment in Kozhikode. It reflects growing demand for low-density and luxury villa developments in non-metro markets. It also aligns with increasing buyer preference for integrated residential communities with lifestyle amenities.
