Manasum Senior Living has launched its new senior living project, Govardana, in Mysuru in collaboration with Foundations. It has a total estimated investment of 100 INR-Crore. The project is designed as a luxury retirement community and marks the company’s expansion in the senior housing segment in southern India.
The project is being developed across ananticipated 2.5 Acres on Bannur Road in Mysuru. It will comprise a single building with three residential blocks and a total of around 180 apartments. The development will include senior-friendly infrastructure along with healthcare support, community facilities, and a clubhouse of approximately 12,000 SqFt. The project also integrates features such as assisted living services and wellness amenities tailored for senior residents.

The project will support the growing demand for organised senior living communities in India. It reflects changing demographics and increasing preference for assisted and community-based living among elderly populations. It also contributes to the expansion of specialised residential real estate segments.
