Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is actively developing the housing project at Challaghatta Metro Station in Bengaluru. The project will have an approximate construction area of 1,221,735 SqFt. The estimated construction cost stands at 1,290 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, BDA plans to commence construction activities in 2026 and complete the project by 2028.
The development comprises 408 Nos of 4BHK + Maid dwelling units and 408 Nos of 3BHK + Maid dwelling units. The residential towers are configured as 2 Basements + 1 Stilt + Ground Floor + 33 Upper Floors. The project also includes multi-level car parking infrastructure, clubhouse facilities, internal roads, landscaped open spaces, children’s play areas, outdoor fitness zones, senior citizen plazas, and jogging tracks. The development will further integrate passenger lifts, fire-fighting systems, hydro-pneumatic water supply systems, stormwater drainage, and external circulation infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Ramalingam Construction Company Private Limited (RCCL) has been appointed as the EPC contractor for the project.
