Project Overview:
Web Werks, along with investor Iron Mountain India, is developing the Web Werks Data center at TTC Industrial Area, Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The project spans an anticipated 4.78 Acres and will have a total construction area of 1,487,513 SqFt. The estimated construction cost stands at 828 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, construction is expected to commence in 2026 and be completed by 2028.
The project involves the development of an 85 MW AI-enabled data center campus, comprising two data center buildings. The facility is designed to support high-density server infrastructure, data storage systems, and digital processing operations. It will further include dedicated zones for server halls, electrical and mechanical rooms, cooling systems, and network infrastructure. Moreover, the development will incorporate power backup systems, DG sets, and utility infrastructure required for uninterrupted operations.
Design and interior planning is handled by Rathi Associates along with Apices Studio Private Limited. Meanwhile, Sterling and Wilson Limited has been appointed as the EPC contractor. Arwade Infrastructure Limited is executing civil works, while JLL India is serving as the program and project management consultant.

As of May 2026, the project is currently in the under construction stage, with excavation work in progress.
