CG Developers India and MLA Group have signed an agreement with Marriott International to develop JW Marriott Hotel in Siliguri, West Bengal. The partners announced the project during a signing ceremony held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The development forms part of CG Developers India’s hospitality expansion strategy across high-growth destinations in India.
The JW Marriott Hotel Siliguri project will feature 150 guest rooms and suites. Additionally, the hotel will include four dining venues, a Spa by JW, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center. The property will also provide approximately 1,500 SqM of banquet space for meetings and events. Further, the hotel site is located around 10 Km from Bagdogra Airport, strengthening access for business and leisure travellers.

Once completed, the JW Marriott Hotel Siliguri project will expand premium hospitality infrastructure in eastern India. The development will also support Siliguri’s position as a gateway to Northeast India and strengthen the city’s tourism and business travel ecosystem.
