The Fern signs 56-Key hotel project in Baramati, Maharashtra

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed ‘The Fern Residency Baramati’, Series by Marriott, in Maharashtra. The project marks the company’s latest hospitality development in the state. Nexus Hospitality Private Limited is developing the property. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2027.

The Fern Residency Baramati will feature 56 rooms and suites. The project scope includes an all-day dining venue, a signature restaurant and a bar. Additionally, the development will include event spaces for meetings, conferences and social functions. Supporting amenities will comprise a fitness center and a swimming pool. The property is designed to serve both business and leisure travelers.
