Divyansh Group to invest 300 INR-Crore in high-rise residential project at Hapur

Divyansh Group has announced an investment of an estimated 300 INR-Crore for a new residential development in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. The project marks the company’s entry into the Hapur housing market. It will be developed as a high-rise residential community and is being positioned within the affordable luxury segment. The company stated that the project will be the city’s first residential development to use Mivan construction technology.

The Hapur residential project will comprise high-rise towers with a configuration of G+27 floors. The development will offer 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The 3 BHK units will be available in sizes of 1,880 SqFt and 2,065 SqFt, while the 4 BHK units will measure 2,435 SqFt. Additionally, the project will incorporate modern residential amenities and community infrastructure. Divyansh Group will use Mivan construction technology to support project execution.

The Hapur residential project will add new high-rise housing inventory to the city. Furthermore, the development introduces Mivan-based construction to the local residential market.
