Tulip Infratech has announced an investment of an estimated 1,100 INR-Crore for the development of a ‘Tulip Melrose’ in Gurugram, Haryana. The project is a luxury residential project and is located on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR). The development spans an anticipated 7.5 Acres and is scheduled for completion by 2031. According to the company, construction activities are underway and the raft foundation has already been completed.
The project will comprise four residential towers rising 40 floors each. Together, the towers will house 608 apartments, including 10 penthouses. The development will feature exclusively 5BHK residences with a super built-up area of approximately 3,250 SqFt per unit. Additionally, the project includes a ground-level clubhouse connecting all towers at podium level. The towers will also be linked through a sky terrace positioned at a height of nearly 495 feet.
