Manglam Group has announced the signing of a Sheraton hotel with Marriott International in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The hospitality project will be developed with an investment of approximately 350 INR-Crore. It forms part of Manglam Group’s broader 1,000 INR-Crore hospitality expansion roadmap. The development will come up along the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway (NH-48), one of the city’s key growth corridors.
The Sheraton Jaipur project will feature 220 keys and will be spread across more than 300,000 SqFt. The hotel marks Manglam Group’s third collaboration with Marriott International. Strategically located on NH-48, the development will offer connectivity to Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar, and Kishangarh. The site also provides access to Jaipur International Airport and is located near Mahindra World City SEZ. The project is designed as a luxury hospitality development that combines premium accommodation with contemporary guest facilities.

The Sheraton Jaipur project will strengthen hospitality infrastructure along the NH-48 corridor. Additionally, the development will expand Manglam Group’s presence across Jaipur’s key growth zones. The project reflects continued investment in the city’s hospitality sector and supports the growing demand generated by tourism, business travel, corporate events, and destination weddings.
