Furthermore, Prestige Golden Grove features 10 premium residential towers, each rising 52 upper floors, along with 2 amenity blocks. The development offers thoughtfully planned 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences in multiple configurations centered around an expansive 11 Acres central park. Additionally, more than 80% of the development is dedicated to landscaped greens, water features, meditation gardens, and themed outdoor spaces. The project also features an expansive 2,00,000 SqFt multi-level clubhouse and an amphitheater with landscaped event lawns. Residents will also have access to sports and wellness facilities, co-working spaces, walking trails, recreational areas, and other lifestyle amenities designed for a contemporary residential community.
Additionally, Zaki & Associates is providing the structural engineering consultancy for the project.
