Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth an estimated 920 INR-Crore for its housing project in Gurugram. KEC International and NCC Ltd have received contracts worth 460 INR-Crore each. Signature Global is developing the 13.55-Acre Sarvam at DXP Estate in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
KEC International will construct 6 residential towers at the project. NCC Ltd will construct another 5 residential towers. Together, the 11 towers will comprise 1,798 residential units. The project will have a development area of 5 Million-SqFt. Construction work is expected to commence by the end of the third quarter of the 2026-27 fiscal.

The Signature Global Sarvam at DXP Estate project will add residential infrastructure along the Dwarka Expressway corridor. The development will also increase housing capacity in Sector 37D, Gurugram. Additionally, the project will involve KEC International and NCC Ltd as the construction contractors for the planned residential towers.
