Embassy Development has announced two residential projects with a combined gross development value (GDV) of an estimated 4,500 INR-Crore in Bengaluru. The projects include ‘Embassy South Reserve’ and ‘Embassy Riverine’. The company will invest nearly 2,000 INR-Crore in the specified projects.
These projects will form the first phase of the residential development, anticipated across 85 Acres in Tharahunse, north of Yelahanka. ‘Embassy South Reserve’ will spread over 14 Acres, comprising 855 apartments. The project will have 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5 BHK units ranging from 1,300-2,200 SqFt. Meanwhile, ‘Embassy Riverine’ will have 217 Villas spread over 50 Acres, ranging from 4,250-7,500 SqFt.

Embassy has also mentioned the development of a second residential phase spread across 18 Acres in Bengaluru. It will also construct a commercial development, ‘Embassy Innovation Park’, anticipated to span over 120 Acres. The developments will expand Embassy Development’s residential and commercial project pipeline in the city. Furthermore, they will add to the city’s ongoing real estate and construction activity across north Bengaluru.
