DRA has acquired an anticipated 10 Acres of land parcel off OMR near Thazhambur in South Chennai. This acquisition is worth an estimated 159 INR-Crore. The company plans to develop a residential project with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of I,200 INR-Crore.
The proposed project will include residential space with an anticipated area of 1.55 Million-SqFt. It will comprise a mix of row houses, mid-size apartments and a 38-storey high-rise residential tower.

DRA will add a large-scale residential development to its project pipeline in Chennai. The project will expand construction activity across multiple housing formats in the OMR–Thazhambur corridor.
