Aster DM Quality Care plans 134 INR-Crore to expand Thiruvananthapuram hospital

KIMS healthcare Management Ltd, a subsidiary of Aster DM Quality Care Ltd has announced an estimated investment of 134.4 INR-Crore for setting up a new facility in Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam. 

The expansion will add 184 beds to the current capacity of 795 beds, taking the total count to an anticipated 979 beds. Aster DM, through this project, aims to address space constraints, facilitate the expansion of key specialties and strengthen healthcare infrastructure in Thiruvananthapuram. The investment will be funded through a mix of 70% debt and 30% equity.

Aster DM Quality Care Ltd is expanding its healthcare presence in Thiruvananthapuram through the project, with a focus on enhancing hospital capacity and strengthening access to specialized medical services. The project is scheduled to be completed on or before May 2028.
