Ceigall India Limited (CIL), in a joint venture with Sushree Infra Mining Limited (SIML), has won 4 road construction projects in Arunachal Pradesh. The projects carry an aggregate bid cost of 2,149.62 INR-Crore. The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) issued the Letters of Acceptance (LoAs) on August 17, 2026.
The contracts cover Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works. The projects involve intermediate-lane roads on NH-913, also known as the Frontier Highway. The first project covers the stretch from Km 0.000 to Km 55.725 of the Huri-Taliha section. The second covers Km 0.000 to Km 78.38 of the same section. Meanwhile, the third project covers Km 55.725 to Km 113.25. The fourth covers Km 160.75 to Km 209.90 of the Huri-Taliha section. The first and second projects have 36-month construction periods and 5-year maintenance periods. Moreover, their bid costs stand at 521 INR-Crore and 611.10 INR-Crore, respectively. The third project has a 48-month construction period and 5-year maintenance period, with a bid cost of 525 INR-Crore. The fourth carries a 36-month construction period and 5-year maintenance period, with a bid cost of 492.52 INR-Crore.

The Arunachal Pradesh road projects will add to the state’s highway infrastructure network. Further, the contracts cover multiple sections of the Frontier Highway. The projects will also include long-term maintenance periods after construction. Together, the 4 contracts represent a significant road construction package awarded under NH-913.
