The Delhi government announced plans to construct an 11-storeyed building for the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) headquarters. DTC signed an agreement with the Delhi State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (DSIIDC) to construct the building in December, 2025. The project cost is estimated at 128.23 INR-Crore.
The new building is anticipated to be over 26,000 SqM. Out of the 26,000 SqM, the operational area will span nearly 12,234 SqM, while the new building will be located on 6,158 SqM. The DTC building will include firefighting, audio-visual system, access control, CCTV network, lifts, high-side and low-side HVAC systems. Furthermore, the new complex will park 200 buses and will have a basement for more than 200 cars.

The DTC building will also incorporate a green area anticipated to be 9,681.71 SqM, ensuring an environmentally conscious campus. The project will add to Delhi’s public-sector construction pipeline, covering administrative, parking and landscaped infrastructure.
