Eden Realty Group has launched the ‘Eden Devprayag’ riverfront project as part of its 5,000 INR-Crore estimated investment roadmap for riverfront developments in Kolkata. The investment will cover residential, hospitality, retail and commercial developments across multiple river-facing locations in Kolkata.
Eden Devprayag will be developed as a premium riverfront township overlooking the Ganga and Botanical Garden. The project will feature a 1.85 Lakh-SqFt landscaped podium and a 75,000 SqFt podium club. Additionally, the development will include luxury residential towers, terrace-level amenities and an infinity swimming pool. The broader investment roadmap also includes bungalow and row-housing projects, commercial developments and 5-Star hospitality assets. Further, the company plans to develop multiple riverfront hotels across Kolkata, Howrah and South 24 Parganas.

The Eden Devprayag Kolkata will support large-scale riverfront development activity in Kolkata. It will also strengthen hospitality and residential infrastructure along the Hooghly river corridor.
