ITC Hotels signs 101 key Welcomhotel in Gandhinagar to expand Gujarat presence

ITC Hotels has signed a management agreement with M/s Shyam Group Hotel and Resort to develop Welcomhotel Karai Gandhinagar in Gujarat. Located in the Karai area between Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, the project will strengthen the Welcomhotel portfolio in Gujarat. Moreover, the project reinforces ITC Hotels’ strategy to expand across high-growth business destinations and hospitality markets in the state.

Spread across an anticipated 9 Acres, Welcomhotel Karai Gandhinagar in Gujarat will feature 101 guest rooms and suites. It will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a coffee lounge. Additionally, the development will offer over 10,000 SqFt of indoor banquet and event space, complemented by 46,000 SqFt of landscaped outdoor lawns for weddings, conferences, and social gatherings. Its strategic location near Ahmedabad Airport, GIFT City, and key commercial hubs further enhances the project’s appeal.
