Juniper Hotels plans to invest an estimated 850 INR-Crore to develop a 5-star luxury hotel in Delhi. The company has executed a license deed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Juniper Hospitality Assets, its wholly-owned subsidiary, executed the agreement. The company targets completion of the hotel by 2030.
The hotel will add approximately 550 keys to Juniper Hotels’ portfolio in New Delhi. The property will overlook the DDA Dwarka Golf Course. It will also be located near Yashobhoomi Convention Center and the Dwarka Sports Complex. Upon completion, the company’s presence in New Delhi is expected to reach approximately 1,000 keys.

The Juniper Hotels Delhi project will add new hospitality infrastructure in the Dwarka area. Meanwhile, the company will continue developing its wider portfolio across key Indian hospitality markets. Moreover, with the new hotel and ongoing projects, Juniper Hotels expects to operate 12 hotels.
