TDI Infratech has signed an agreement with Sarovar Hotels to introduce ‘Sarovar Portico’ at Crescent. The project is an upcoming commercial and hospitality development at TDI Smart City, Mohali.
The proposed Sarovar Portico hotel will comprise 72 keys, and the project is scheduled to open in 2029. It will form part of Crescent, a G+8 floor development featuring 100 units. Furthermore, it will span an anticipated 140,000 SqFt of built-up area.

Moreover, Sarovar Portico will include a spa, gym, swimming pool, all-day dining outlet, and banqueting services. The project will add to Mohali’s commercial and hospitality development pipeline, reflecting continued investment in integrated developments combining hotel and commercial spaces.
