Project Overview:
The TSPGCL Integrated Township in Nalgonda is being developed by the Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited (TSPGCL/TSGENCO) to house employees of the Yadadri Thermal Power Station. TSPGCL plans the township on an anticipated 100 Acres site, designing it as a fully self-contained residential and social community. The estimated construction cost of the project is 972 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, TSPGCL has been awarded the contract by Power Mech Projects Ltd.
The master plan combines independent staff quarters with multi-storey residential blocks. The township also includes a wide range of community facilities such as a school, hospital/dispensary, clubhouse, indoor stadium, sports complex, and commercial spaces. These features ensure that residents have access to all essential services within the township. The project comes with a targeted completion timeline of 30 months from the site handover.

The TSPGCL Integrated Township in Nalgonda is currently in the pre-construction stage. As of September 2025, TSPGCL awarded the project to Power Mech Projects Ltd. Construction is expected to begin shortly.
