MPIDC is developing the PM MITRA Park in Dhar as a large-scale integrated textile manufacturing and value-chain ecosystem under the Pradhan Mantri Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel (PM MITRA) scheme.
Project Overview:
The Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is developing the PM MITRA Park (Package I) on an anticipated 2,158 Acres in Bhainsola, Badnawar Tehsil, Dhar. The park serves as a unified textile and apparel cluster featuring plug-and-play units, shared processing and treatment facilities, reliable utilities, logistics access, and residential services.
The estimated construction cost for Package I is around 677 INR-Crore. In parallel, the PM MITRA Park has already attracted industry investment proposals exceeding 20,000 INR-Crore from leading national and international textile companies. The project is expected to generate nearly 3 lakh direct and indirect employment opportunities across the textile value chain.
The PM MITRA Park in Dhar aligns with the Government of India’s “Farm to Fiber to Factory to Fashion to Foreign” (5F) vision, enabling industries to process, manufacture, finish, and export cotton from regional agricultural belts within a single integrated location.
MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited (MPIDC) invited bids in April 2025 to appoint a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the PM MITRA Park project in Madhya Pradesh. The consultancy assignment has been awarded to Voyants Solutions Private Limited. Shri Adinath Construction is preparing the master plan and architectural design for the park.
Recent Updates:
As of November 2025, the EPC contract has been awarded to a joint venture between Bansal Construction Works Private Limited (Bansal Group) and Agrawal Power Private Limited. Meanwhile, the initial site setup work is in progress.
