The development includes an advanced super speciality block, maternity and child health (MCH) facilities, and a modern outpatient department (OPD) complex.
The estimated construction cost stands at 514.86 INR-Crore, with a completion timeline of 30 months. The facility is designed to enhance clinical capacity, integrate modern equipment, and expand specialised healthcare delivery in Jamnagar.
HSCC (India) Ltd serves as the PMC consultant, and Sterling Engineering Consultancy Services is the structural engineer. Meanwhile, Vastunidhi Architects is the design consultant for the Super Speciality Hospital, with Pankaj Dharkar & Associates as the MEP Consultant.

As of December 2025, the tender floated for the selection of a civil works contractor has been awarded to Shanti Construction (Guj) Private Limited (SCGPL) and will take 3 months for the construction to start.
