Adventz announces 1,700 INR-Crore logistics and warehousing park in West Bengal

Adventz Group has announced an estimated investment of 1,700 INR-Crore for two new projects in West Bengal. The investment includes a 1,200 INR-Crore logistics and warehousing park at Sankrail and a 500 INR-Crore specialised wagon tanker manufacturing plant. The logistics park will be developed on an anticipated 100 Acres of land already owned by the group. Meanwhile, the wagon manufacturing facility will be developed in collaboration with Nymwag of the Czech Republic.

The Adventz logistics park will come up at Sankrail. The site has rail and highway connectivity and access to water and power infrastructure. Additionally, the group plans to establish a specialised wagon tanker manufacturing plant through its partnership with Nymwag. The company expects to commission the wagon plant in September or October this year. Further, Adventz is planning residential, commercial, and shopping mall developments on land already available with the group. However, the company is still working on the project details.

The Adventz logistics park will strengthen logistics and industrial infrastructure in West Bengal. Additionally, the wagon manufacturing facility will expand the state’s rail equipment manufacturing capacity. The proposed developments also reflect continued private sector investment across logistics, industrial, and commercial real estate segments in the state.
