Fortis Healthcare Ltd has signed a pact with Seth Sunder Lal Jain Charitable Eye Hospital (SLJ Society) to provide healthcare services in Delhi. The development will comprise a 400+ bed super specialty hospital in Ashok Vihar.
As per the agreement, SLJ Society will own, operate, and manage the hospital. Additionally, they will own and develop the land, building, associated civil infrastructure, and certain medical infrastructure. The hospital will be developed over an anticipated 3.1 Acres in Ashok Vihar, and will be operationalized in phases. Meanwhile, Fortis will provide healthcare services.

Fortis Healthcare Delhi will offer tertiary and quaternary services across specialities including oncology, neurosciences, cardiac sciences, gastroenterology, orthopaedics and renal sciences. Furthermore, it will provide multi-specialty robotic surgeries and transplant services. Through this agreement, a specialized healthcare capacity will be added to the city’s hospital infrastructure pipeline.
