Honda plans warehouse expansion worth 450 INR-Crore in Karnataka

Honda Cars India Ltd announced the Phase II expansion of its spare parts warehouse facility at Doddaballapura in Karnataka. The project expansion is estimated to cost 450 INR-Crore.

The facility will sprawl over an anticipated 80,000 SqM, and will cater to Honda’s 4-wheelers, 2-wheelers, and Power Products businesses in India. The project expansion will increase the storage and distribution capacity, including advanced warehousing systems, energy-efficient solutions, and scalable infrastructure. Additionally, Uno Minda Infra LLP will develop this expansion project.

Honda Karnataka will expand its warehousing and distribution infrastructure through the Phase II development at Doddaballapura. Honda has already completed Phase I across 60,000 SqM, while the overall facility is anticipated over 140,000 SqM after the expansion. Meanwhile, the development will further strengthen the region’s industrial and logistics infrastructure supporting Honda’s operations.
